Clickable banner help

I've been trying to make clickable banners but can't them. I need some help!

I need the steps in how to make a clickable banner!

Okay.
1. Create a banner in a program like Paint or Gimp.
2. Save it somewhere on your computer.
3. Upload it to Tinypic or Photobucket.
4. Copy the BBCode it gives you.
5. Paste it where you want it to be.
6. Add the [url] tags, with the link in the first one after the equal sign. As my example showed.

Or, you can just use http://www.mybannermaker.com/
