Inappropriate Ads

I was just kind of scrolling through the 'things that annoy you' thread, and I focused on the ad. It was, uh, dirty, or at least I think it was. It was the text, I'm pretty sure the name of the game was Romans of Cail, something that had Cail in it, correction, it's called Cail of Roma. It says in the screenshot I took of it, and I'd post it here, but I don't want more people to say. Should I PM it to Tess and Nick or something, because I'm pretty sure it's not appropriate for PG-13. It had a sexual theme ._.

Maybe it isn't the same one, or I know two meaning of the word in it? ._. Eh. Or maybe I'm just crazy?
EDIT: Definitely saw the second one. That's not the one I saw ._. The one that says choose your lord or queen? That's not it.
