How do make a code for something

you know how on like free adoptables you have codes that say like

how do you make those? Like, where do you get the codes for images?

You upload you images to an image hosting site, such as www.photobucket.com or www.tinypic.com and the site will give you an image code.

You can also get the codes from images already on the internet by copying the image location;

• Step one: Right-click the image you want, and then click properties in the menu that shows up.
• Step two: Highlight and copy the Image Adress (URL).
• Step three: Make img-tags by clicking the Img-button when writing a post.
• Step four: Paste the image URL between the tags, when you post it the image will show up instead of the code.
