I think I was hacked

I didn't know where to put this but I think my account its being repitivly hacked. So lets start from the begging well one day i finally got 300 mutts(dogs and wolves), I left came back on and cheeked my nursery I saw that some of my pets where grown and went to put my mutts into their group as I put them into the group it says I have 297 pets, and this happens for a couple of days. Well now I get on and see that I have 294 pets in my mutt group (Yet I don't notice till I sort out my baby's).. can someone explain what's going on?!?!

There's several things that may be happening:
-You could just be trading your mutts, and not noticing the lowering amount.
-You actually ARE being hacked.

I have a few suggestions:
-cancel all the trades for a week, see if the lowering amount continues to drop.
-Change your password

Report this to an administrator/moderator if this continues and you have tried both tactics above.

In the future, please do not bump (or post *waiting*) until your thread has fallen off the first page. Check your trades to see if you traded them away.

Sometimes trading won't affect your pets, like if you put doubles in a trade group. But if you trade away pets that share the same group as trade pets, then you will notice a drop in the number of pets.
Other times, you may be hacked. I changing your password, and not sharing your account with ANYONE. The staff of CS will not ask for your password, and they expect you to keep your account just that: YOURS.
Hacking is only possible if you give away the password, or you have a virus that will harvest your account info. Seeing as the use of CS pets for a virus is absurd, someone must have access to your account via your password. So, I would personally do the following:
-Cancel all trades and make it a point that you ARE NOT TRADING.
-Change your password.
-Make a list of the names of pets that you currently own.
-Next time I updated the Nursery, I would add the newly-grown pets' names to the list, and then do a head count.
