if not could you reword that, it's a bit odly worded......

The pound (as it says) opens randomly throughout the day. I believe it is run on a completely random number-generator, so not even the maker of the pound knows when it opens. As Vampicorn, you get about a two hour warning.

You can't change other people's pet's names, as it'sd their pet. If there is something offensive in the pet's name, you can report it by reporting one of that user's post and explaining what the problem is :3

Or do you mean trade? Some pets are in locked groups and don't allow trades for them. But I'm sure you can find people who are eager to trade from trades board. :]

actually, an admin (whoever has access to doing the pound) chooses a time for it to open at, it's not really random, they know what it is
just as different person does it whenver to they think of it it is random
