1. where do I get the right sized avatar?
2. where do I get the fancy CS pet avatars?

1. They have to be 100x100. You can get them from Here? or type into Google. What you want and after 100x100. ( But make sure there is no copy right )

2. You can order them from Art Shops. Or Vampy has free ones. Here.

Don't use Google unless you want to check the entire website to find if the image is free for use. Stay with ones you know are for use such as the ones at the link or from Vampy.
