WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY COMPUTER?????

So What is it doing:
1 If I do a Google search and click on a result it sends me to a redirect, so I have to open all search results in a new tab.
2 To load a new tab or page I have to hold down the right arrow key
3 I have to hold down the right arrow key to see animation
4 I cant listen to music, because the volume of the back ground is too high, until it gets to the chorus when it blares your ears off.

I have a windows 7 inspiron that I have had for almost a year, I have norton, and norton says my computer is fine, these are true on every site/song/animation that I have tested, and I have been testing all day. ( I put it in this board because this is a non CS related Computer help board, and there is no, well this, out of here.

Random things that I would ask:
Do you have a cat by any chance? Yes
Does she ever sit on your keyboard? yes, but I haven't seen her do it recently.

1. Its a virus, I had it once, I had to use a anti-malware security program to get rid of it.
2. I cant releate, I am assuming its an issue with your mouse or a virus.
3. A virus or something releated to your computer graphics card.
4. You need to adjust your volume in volume control.

I think the best thing to do it to do a system restore.

Norton is a joke. Get a real antivirus/antimalware software, you can get them free online.

You could try SuperAntiSpyware, and I hear Avast! is good but haven't used it personally. I don't think A Squared is free anymore. You could try Microsoft Security Essentials, but I find it annoying on my laptop, it makes the boot process take forever but it's a very old laptop.

I can use google, but, it is irritating and I have to open each result 2 times in a new tab first.
