Guys, foeing them doesn't block them from sending PMs, just trades.
But, yes, definitely report them. It's called harrassment, especially if you repeatedly tell them to stop.

It is possible to make it so any PM's sent to you by a foed user get automatically deleted.
Of course still report them, since it is harassment, but for the future.

- Go to the 'Private Messages' section.
- On the left of your screen, underneath your inbox, outbox, and sent messages there's a link titled 'Rules, folders, & settings'. Click that
- On this page, there's a section that says 'Add New Rule'; beneath it's the word 'If', a drop-down box and a button that says 'next'
- In the drop down box, select 'Sender'. Hit next.
- Another drop-down box will appear; in this box, select 'is foe' and hit next.
- Another drop-down box. In this box, select 'delete message' and hit 'add rule'.

Now any messages sent to you by foes will automatically be deleted ;3
