Item Problems?

Hello!

I was trying to add more grass to my Red Rose Dog. I save it, and it says its saved. But whne i look at the pet, it desnt have the extras items! So i check to make sure i saved, and it said the newest items were on in the place to put pets on items. DOes she ahve too many items already? Or....?
