You might want to check this.
If you want to merge with someone, post a topic here, tell that you two want to merge, and have the other party of merging also posting that they confirm this - then you wait for admin's approval. :]
Each case of merging is different and admins will decide if they allow the merge or not. People who know each other in real life are not allowed to merge, for example. Or if one (or both) of the accounts has lots of or serious warnings.
