Its not really possible to 'accidentaly' accept a trade. There is a popup that explains the actions that will take place.

If it was obvious in your message that you did not mean to accept the trade, I believe the admins can reverse it. However, if you willingly accepted the trade at the time, than it wouldn't be fair if you later changed your mind and wanted the trade reversed, so I would wait until and admin posts to evaluate the trade.
