Wig not converting?

I recently got an emo wig from someone, and I was putting it on a flop-eared dog. It said on the page that the wig would automatically convert to fit both ear types, but mine still has the pointy ear design. This happened last night, and it happened again today, so I was wondering if it was a glitch or something. Any help would be loved. Thanks!

Put it on the dog, save it and try hard refreshing :3
