Someone wrote that she send me a trade, but I don't get the trade.
And the second trade she send me I don't get either.
I get other trades, but not hers.

Are you sure that she really sent the trade? She may just be saying that or the request didn't go through the server.

If she has a trade, she should be able to send you the "share trade" link.
