It's natural for rarities to change. As time goes on, that rare will go back to being a very rare. :3

Store pets go down to rare normally because its rarity comes out before it is done being sold. So as more people buy them, the rarity goes down. It will rise like a normal pet now because it is no longer available. I know it was answered, but I thought I would explain ;3
