Simple Question!

I know how to make these links, that link to different urls, but I was wondering, how do you make a text link to a different post in a thread? Like, as soon as you click the text it scrolls down to the post automatically? I was wondering because it would be helpful in some of the threads I have ^^

Just click on the reply heading of the post you want and copy the link at the top in the url bar, and do the same as you normally would for links in text ^^
