Ok first off should i report it if a certain someone entered a CS design in one of my contests?

Also what should I do if someone entered a design in my contest which is still running and now has pretty much the exact same one entered into another contest which is also still running?

Well, gemini_girl, the answers depend on what the contest is. Mostly, though, you should report them if they do not credit CS for the design. And, for the other person, I think you should talk to the owner of the other contest. ^^' If anyone thinks this information is wrong, please feel free to correct me. <3

For the first question, if they're claiming the Cs image and design as theirs, it it art theft.

[*]It is fine to make fanart of Chicken Smoothie images, as long as you're not directly copying our images. Copying the design onto a different lineart is fine, but make sure to give credit to http://www.chickensmoothie.com for the design wherever you post the image. If you try to claim the design as your own, that is theft and you may be banned from Chicken Smoothie.

They can't enter a design they didn't create into a contest so entering a CS design in a contest (unless it's a CS pet contest) is art theft.

And for the person who is entering the same design in different contests, I'd report the second contest entry. If that design wins both contests they get 2 prizes and the 2 contest owners will try to claim the same design and that's scamming.
