I haven't had much experience in this area, but I think that you should.
It is art theft pure and simple. Yes, it isn't a drawing, but it is a character and not all art is drawings.
My advice isn't 100%...I doubt it's even 60%, but I hope this helped anyhow XD

its not a drawing... Its the intro. Its close to mine. I created mine first though.

My intro-
Elizabeth, a young adult you where neighbor hood friends back way then, steps out of silk red curtains. You shake off the feeling of discomfort and prepare your self for preforming. "I am Elizabeth." A snake slithers out from behind her back and around her neck. It is a rare gold color and it hisses as it swarms around her. "And welcome to Kyundra du Circus. Where freaks... come to life! Please, meet my family!" She says with a twisted smile. You and the others step out at once. Showing their fur, their knives, their powers, mostly... their life.

Theirs-
You push throught the tent flaps and take your seat. Soon the lights dim, and a single spotlight is set in the middle. It shines on a beautiful girl, a top hat placed on her head. "Hello everyone, and welcome to the Freakshow!" She lifts her arms, and animals come flooding into the tent. You watch the performers do their acts, and you are amazed at how wonderful everything is. You leave after the show is done, and you are sure you will not forget about this circus.

This is Freakshow, a circus that travels the US. What most people don't know is that most of the people aren't really human.
The beautiful girl with a top hat? A vampire.
The man who looks like a wolf? A werewolf, no doubt.
Then there are the two girls that both perform magic tricks. Witches, for sure.
Sure, there are people who are really human, but they truly have to be freaks to get into Freakshow.
