you have to open the image and copy its URl, and paste it into link off-site :3

It might be saying that if your URL isn't "complete", persay. Or if it isn't directly linked to an image.
The beginning should say http://
and the end should end in something like:
jpg.
png.
gif.
etcetera.

it has to be a direct link, not just the page it is on. Ex. PhotoBucket has pic that is you click on them it takes you to a page, if you copy the url then that won't work; however for PhotoBucket there is a box with different links in it. The choices are Emali and Im, Direct Link, HTML Code, IMG Code, and Share To. The one you want is direct link. Remember that is only an example from PhotoBucket, and not all image sharing websites are like that. Also this may not be the problem, just something I used to be confused about. XD Hope it helped!

Is that image within the size limits? You can't have anything over 100x100 pixels.
