HELP ME PLEASE!!!

i need help with the oekaki page. when i start a new drawing, and i want to use the curved line tool (the one that you can use to make curven lines ), it always makes loops! i click on the tool, make the line that i want to curve, but then i just turns into a loop into a straight line! im not sure how to explain this, but i NEED HELP!! i need that tool to do all of my drawings on the oekaki! am i the olny one with this problem?

I tried it out on my computer and it seem perfectly fine. Maybe your computer/Java or something is out of date? Have you used this tool before?

actually i havnt, so hopefully it'll work when i get home (im with my grandparents in germany). this computer is pretty old, and i doubt my grandpa upgraded his computer, so that may be the problem... thanks again! you are a very kind person!!

You say that you're using the curve tool? What may also be the problem is that the mouse or trackpad is double clicking. So, instead of clicking once, curving the line, and clicking again to finish it may be double clicking and skipping the time you need to make your lines.

(I may have misunderstood your problem, but) whenever I click once, move the mouse and click again, it starts making loops; but when I hold down the left mouse button and drag it, then let go, it allows me to make a curve instead of a loop.
Sorry if my explanation was hard to understand.
