Can I report people for not reading?

Yeah, that happened to me about a week or so, or maybe two, ago. >.<; It was kinda annoying, but I didn't report her, because I don't think it got all that bad. She just eventually left me alone. :3 Fine, I ignored her.

Firestar - if you have told them plenty of time "no" and you have tried everything else - foeing, ignoring, etc - then yes, you can report them for harassment.

Reporting someone should only be used as a last resort, not because they didn't follow your rules once or twice. If they have crossed the line of annoying to harassing, then that breaks our rules and staff does need to get involved.\

Retaliation is a double edged sword since they could very well turn around a report you which would lead to you getting the warning (or both you and them). Please do not do this since it would save you a lot of touble.
