Balckberry troubles

This phone, while a great wonder can really be irritating. Sorry I lack sufficient technical know-how to describe my problem accurately.

Sometimes the cursor goes away and I can't get it back to click on anything >.< Hello? I'm surfing the web and there are tons of links on this page. Why disable the cursor and only enable scrolling at stupid random times?

It almost always happens at the top of a page too. So if I'm on the CS site, I have to inch up very slowly and hit the very bottom of the menu bar to get it to pop up, otherwise the stupid cursor jumps to the address bar and I have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to get the cursor back.

I've done an internet search, but the results are like from 2009... x.x
