Is this just my computer? -Soul Stealers-

On my laptop (a Dell Inspiron Mini, on Google Chrome), when I hover over any link, a little black bar appears at the bottom of my screen telling me what it links to. I've found that this doesn't work on my mom's Mac computer, but it does on mine.

In this case, I find soul stealers (minddistortion.com) thoroughly useless, because if it says 'Free rares' I can hover over the link and see what it actually is.

Does this happen to anyone else? I'm not complaining, I just find it strange, because it would render those kinds of links completely useless x3

It's always there, no worries. Google, firefox, IE, etc. Perhaps Safari, I'm not sure cause I'm anti-Mac, doesn't but it always shows the link it leads to.

Whenever I do soul stealing, I use tinyurl so nobody knows where it's leading them. >D
