Logging out suddenly and without warning

Yeah. I always seem to log out after a while, even when I haven't done ANYTHING. This is very, very annoying, especially when I just finished a big, long post but then lost it because of this #*@&#*&$#(%(*$% problem.

I'm not sure this is a bug or anything, rather than a setting of the forums. Most forums I've been to log you out after a long period of inactivity.

No, not like that. It usually happens while I'm browsing the forum D= I click on something, and it just suddenly logs me out.

You're not by chance deleting your private data are you? (Or for non-FireFox users, I think its called cashe?) Dx Basically all the cookies and such. Sometimes when I do that, I get logged out xP

Sorry, I'm no computer genius >.< I know I'm not PURPOSELY deleting it, though...

Just copy your long post to the clipboard before you hit post. Then, if you get logged out, you can just paste it in. Or write your posts in notepad first and copy and paste them in.

You shouldn't be getting logged out this frequently, our system is set to keep you logged in for an hour after your last action.

You could be having this problem if:
1. You browse the web through a load-balancing proxy server.
2. You browse the web through some badly-configured privacy protecting program
3. You have cookies disabled and you browse around some of the pages on the main site which I haven't upgraded to keep you logged in (you'll see the "accounts bar" at the top of the page change to have a "log in" link instead of the links to your pets and trading center).
