Should I? Or would I be banned....

Okay, so one of my sisters wants to make an account. And she said she would trade me an Advent for a Septmber because she really likes the Pinks and the Vines. But, Im afraid we would be banned. I mean, she really wants to make an account and she really likes the Septmebers. She would also adopt Second Gens and things like Butterfly Wolves and others. But, what would happen? She also likes the Octobers I have, and I would love more advents.
Would I be banned, and should I tell her we wouldnt be able to trade if she made an account?

It's absolutely okay to trade with your sister. You both won't be banned because of that.

It's only suspicious, if the one account always gives and the other always takes all.
