Pound Adoption Problem

I adopted a pet from the pound and I really like her, but the old owner's name is still on her image. D: Is there any way to put my name on her image instead? x3 I don't want to go around showing off a pet that says it isn't mine D:

Your name should eventually replace the old owner's name. It just takes some time for the system to register the owner has changed.

Since the question is answered, I'm locking this. Ashira, the system seems to now have updated the image so that it says that it's yours.
