log in problem

A friend of my have a account on CS but today she coudn't log in!and because we are frends she asked my to put the problem in the forum because she coud not!

her account is MagicQualityHorsezz


But because she can;t log in and she put in the richt password she don't uderstand why she can't log in?!So can someone tell my why sche can't than I will tell her on MSN why she can't log in so maby it can by solve out!

p.s. she asked to my to put it on the forum I hope it is the richt place tu put it I don't now why she cant be loggin!and she don't now it ever so maby tess and nick nows!
