When you merge accounts you must first make a post here so that the Admins can check your trade history and make sure you aren't cheating. You need to get approved before you can merge. Unless I am missing it (which I quite possibly could be) I have seen no such post.
You should probably wait for Tess to say if you can be merged or if you have to un-merge.

As far as I am aware they aren't written anywhere. But there are rules.
The ones I know about are:

You can't know each other in real life.
You need to get your trade history checked by an Admin first.
You can't have any serious warnings (if it's something small or a long time ago they usually let you go)

I think that's it. Since merging isn't really an official process I guess they never bothered to write it down, it's just the kind of thing you just know as a rule.

That probably didn't make any sense. Oh well. Like I said, just wait for Tess.

To Tess, if/when you read this:

We looked for the rules for merging before we did anything. I (Foster) sent a message to Nick (hopefully that's allowed?) to ask about it. We sent the pets over in massive trades. Today, I made a mistake on my old account (the initial post of this topic) and Tif + Jo told me to post here to have the account deactivated.

I'm sorry if we made any massive mistakes.

I guess it depends on what you mean by "real life?"

Cedar and I met each other online a few years ago in a role playing site, and we've stayed in contact through MSN or Yahoo. She introduced me to CS a while ago and we swapped missed outcomes and stuff. Right now, I have four different computers, which I understand sounds crazy-sketchy, but I'm dead serious. My parents are divorced, hence.. two desktops, two laptops. As for how we know each other, we've never met in person before, ever. I can't even remember where she lives, but I can always show you where we've role played together before if you need proof?

Oh, and I don't know if CS keeps records of IP addresses, but this account, which was hers initially, should have all her IPs before mine bombarded? She also signed in a lot while I was sending pets over so she could put all the pets she wanted to keep together. She's been really busy, so I don't know if she's been on since then? ;C
