I've had these little guys sitting in my account for a while, and I just noticed them again and realized they STILL haven't grown yet.
The poor things. They're from way back in December, and don't say PPS, so I'm guessing they're still "growing". Sorta? Maybe? Did their adult outcomes get forgotten in the holiday rush and never implemented? (I noticed they're in the CS archive, but they're not listed as PPS there either, just the pup outcomes listed.)

Some aren't labeled as PPS. For example, the grinners are another set of PPS that aren't labeled. The 2010 new year pup is also one.

plus, if you look at hte pet page, it will say that those pups are full grown.

I think sometimes, the artists forget to put the 'PPS' tags on them.

These pets did not grow, therefore did not contract PPS. These pets were made ungrowing, and should not technically require a PPS tag.
