Contest Issue

My contest finished and was judged almost two weeks ago and I emailed the entrants to let them know. The winner of my contest has not got back to me and so has not picked there prizes which means my other two entrants cannot pick there prizes. Is there anything I can do?

when you say emailed do you mean PM? If it's by PM, you can check if the message is still in the outbox (meaning she hasn't read it) or if it's in the sent box (meaning she has read it). If she hasn't read the message then you might need to find some other way to get in touch with her, like posting on a trade thread or some other topic she runs (if she has one).
If she's read it and hasn't responded, then just send her a reminder telling her to pick the pets or else you'll let the other contestants pick first, give her a couple of days, and if she doesn't respond (but reads the message) then let the other contestants pick.
