Answered, thanks everyone! Mods please lock/delete!

Some people seem as though one of their items (particularly the Easter deer) is the pet. I wish to do that, but none of the pets are that small. How is that done?

They use the Malk Smiley or one of the fruits.

They usually put it over a growing butterfly wolf, or a malk smiley, hope this helped!
