Okay, I have a Bamboo tablet just like this, I got it just this December.

The pen hasn't been working correctly lately. It happened to me just about two weeks ago. The orange light would light up, but the cursor wouldn't move. If it did it wouldn't move very far and it would be really slow. I ushually have it plugged up to my laptop because I use it constantly.
But anyways, that time it happened, I unplugged and pluged it up, and restarted my laptop. It still didn't work. I unplugged it for the night and in the morning it worked. From then on I started to unplug it every time I'm done using it.
One weekend I forgot to unplug it and I have forgotten about it until yesterday night when I wanted to draw. It was late anyways so I just unpluged it and went to bed expecting it to be fine the next morning. Well, it's morning and it still isn't working. I found out that on the top plug in for it neither the touch or pen works, but on the bottom the touch works fine and the pen barely works. I haven't restarted my laptop yet, but I have checked Ask.com awensers for people with the same problem and some suggested to check the settings on the tablet. I found that it was set to left handed, which I am right handed and when I turned it over to the other side it worked pretty well, but it still lagged a little. I changed it to oright handed and it didn't work.
Help?

Attention! o; I just tried to use it and it worked. :'/ Strange huh? But still, could anyone please tell me why it is doing this and how to stop it once it happened again? I'm putting a sticky note on the little table my laptop by my tablet to remind me to unplug it. x,x
