I've been wondering for a while... what do people use to get those really cool linearts w/ transparent backgrounds?

Some people get them off DA (deviant art) Also some people just draw this good. To make things transparent, you can use iaza.

You mean, draw them yourself? You'll just need an art program like MS Paint, GIMP, Photoshop, Easy Paint Tool SAI, etc to draw them on. c:

for transparency, as well, GIMP is a free art program (in some people's minds, better than PS) that supports transparency.
