customer's deleted oekaki

I Have an adoptables thread, and one of the functions is that the customer can colour it in themselves. Well, this particular customer coloured it in just fine ( and I saw it) but they recently PMd me telling me that their drawing had gone blank. I checked it and...so it had. Does anybody know what happened to it?
