I just read the new rule and I myself dont use them anyway but I have considered it before.
I was planning to use them in RP's where I have multiple characters to seperate which character it was, but I am guessing that is no longer allowed? (Just wanting to make sure)
What I mean is in a clan RP -
Funny character things with image of the cat and a coloured border thing (aka colour of the clan), then the text and another border then again for another character.
