Writing Rant Thread?

Is there one in this forum? I mean, for ranting about lack of inspiration, the stupid topic you need to write a story about at school, or people who ask to borrow your idea and then don't give you credit for it. Or does this stuff go in the "Things That Annoy You" place?
I'm really confused. Help would be loved. Thanks!
