Brother wants to join -Should I..? *Resolved - Thanks Tess!*

Hi everyone,
My brother surprised me tonight by saying that he's thinking of giving CS a go. I was pleased as I've been trying to convince him to try it for a while now. The only thing that worries me is that the admins might think i'm multi-accounting (which i'm obviously 100% against and would never do), as we live in the same house (though we do usually use different computers).
Should I just mention it in my signature like other players do when a family member joins? Is there something else that we should do?
Also, I've set some of the pets I think he might like aside for him to get him started. Would it be okay to send them to him when he joins?

Just put a notice in your sig saying "Me and (blah blah blah) are brothers, therefore we share the same IP address. Please don't ban us!"

That's what I was thinking of doing, but I wasn't sure if it would be enough. I guess i'm just really paranoid - I love CS too much lol

No, don't do that. We don't care about these messages and we remove them when we see them.

We don't care who logs on from the same place as you, just make sure that his account isn't only used to benefit yours, or vice-versa. Keep all trading fair and gifting to a minimum.

If his account was only used to adopt things for you, then the message wouldn't help, that would still be considered cheating. And if he's a legitimate player who clearly plays for his own gain, you don't need the message, because we'll be able to see that it's not your second account.

Oh, sorry, I didn't realize that. Okay, great. I'll let him know. I think what i'll do is give him just a few pets at first and then let him trade the rest with me later just to be safe. Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know, Tess ^_^
