I'm currently thinking of writing another story / novel, I'm currently writing one already, but that has no non-PG-13 stuff, and the one that I had in mind might of had 'non-consensual' Romance in, and touching of parts of the body that aren't your face, ect. I know this isn't allowed in the Role-Play area, but would it be allowed in "Share Your Writing" ?

No, not at all, if it's not safe for children to read then it's not acceptable to share on CS.
