Well, I was playing CS and my sister watched. And I asked her if she wanted an account, so I made Shani! to her. Of course I will help her with everything and stuff.. She also asked if she could get some pets from my trading group, and I said yes, but.. will I be banned for doing that?

It's fine for your family members to have accounts, and it's fine to send them gifts now and then. Just don't over do it, as that may be flagged as suspicious. And keep any trades between the accounts fair.

Your whole family can join CS, as long as the accounts are actually owned and used by your family members.
