Is it fine that... I give my friend all my horses every month after they finished growing, or the horse items.. I've been doing it occasionally and asking for nothing from her because I do not care for the horses. I was wondering if it could get us into trouble at all..? Even though I'm never on her account and she lives god knows where.

Yes, if you give her all your horses every month this will be seen as suspicious and might get you both into trouble. She would be benefiting from your account and this is not allowed.

I'd suggest you either stop that or start to set up fair trades if she still wants your monthly adopted horses.
