That's all the ones I can list off the top of my head. If you're willing to wait for it to come back up (and if you're good with CSS), I'd definitely recommend using Spleafnet.

It would help if you told us what you need to do.
Do you just need a webpage? Do you need a forum? WYSYWIG editors (so you dont have to know HTML) ? Integrated editing (so you dont have to mess with FTP clients) ?
