Final Update: Okay so since posting this I have received multiple gifts from some amazing and super kind people INCLUDING the pet that I lost. Seriously there’s so many incredible people on this site that definitely outweigh the not-so-agreeable ones. Even the folks that just left kind words, you’re all so awesome ❤️

Update: Sent in a ticket and was basically told it was my own fault and there’s nothing that can be done, which I expected

(This happened a while ago so even if there was something that could have been done, I’m sure it’s too late now)
I had gotten an “OMGSR” pet from the Dec 18 pet release and decided to put it up for auction on my account. At the time, I also had a group of free pets open for people to take. One player asked for a large amount of free pets, and included the auction pet which was NOT in the free group. I didn’t realize this since it was amongst a bunch of other pets, and accepted the trade request. In hindsight I should have paid better attention to the pets they asked for before accepting. I realized the mistake and, assuming they had just clicked the pet on accident without realizing it wasn’t in the free group, sent a message politely asking them to send the pet back. The message was ignored, as were the other ones I sent. I only sent a couple, not wanting to harass this person, then gave up after zero response.
So basically my question here is: Is there any action I could have taken to get that pet back? Knowing how CS works I doubt it, but I was just curious to see if the mods would have been able to do anything

In the future you could Wishlist lock your auction pet, that way they CAN’T sneakily ask for it, they’d have to offer pets in return and you’d notice that, sorry you lost your pet though

Normally I do have my regular trade pets wishlist locked but for this pet it was up for auction and I was willing to accept non-wishlist pets for it so I didn’t have the lock on

Hey make sure you use the CS scripts! That way you can easily check at a glance what is the value you are sending away even if it’s a big load of pets.

Btw can someone confirm if the UR pet has an estimated value (30H?) assigned to it even when it first comes out?
