Hasbro would have used G1 ponies but they had to mash them up with G3 because and I quote "Except for applejack and Spike Hasbro lost all copyright and trademark of the 80's ponies so I couldn't bring back anyone but them." that was from Faust herself and the design isn't copywrited- the name and cutie mark are. So make a cerulean rainbow maned horse.

They can't, it would always break copyright laws. Satamoru already said this, and a lot of people would complain about how this wasn't done and that wasn't done, also please don't demand the artist make anything. It's their choice of what to make.

Horse ideas go here. If you meant sea horse pets we aren't allowed to suggest new species / lines. They already made a sea horse litter with the horses, they were available as store pets. Second litter down.

Cut it out. We are not going to make MLP based pets.

While it's true that Chicken Smoothie used to do warriors, it's something they won't do anymore (the lineart might be used on some very rare occassion, but they won't be released as Warrior Cats anymore). Just to be clear though, it's not like the designs or lineart itself was the problem, since they were natural cat designs that can't be copyrighted, and the art was made by Tess. The problem was the fact that they were called Warrior Cats. ^^; (though the lineart was not retired because of copyright reasons)

So the only problem with the warrior cats was that they were named after the warrior cats. Otherwise they are just natural designs which everyone can use or come up with.
