How do you make adoptables (Not oekaki on CS) For the User-made adoptables fourm?

Well, you use painting program to draw them. Like Microsoft Paint, Photoshop, Gimp, etc and upload them to photobucket/imageshack/tinypic. :3
Then you make a topic for your adoptables and decide on a method how to give them out. ouo

Are you sure you don´t have Paint? It´s on every computer that uses Windows. owo

And also, just to add, GIMP is a very good, safe, free program. Downloading it shouldn't hurt your computer in any way and it's easy to use. :]
