Looking for trading advice!

I apologize if this is the wrong forum for this type of discussion. I read all the forums and this one felt like it fit my needs the best.

I have been playing since 2016 and I STILL don't understand trading. Like, yeah, I get the basics of it all, but the second C$ and "nots" or whatever they're called get involved, I have no clue what in the world is going on.

Can someone supply me with some forums, videos, or something explaining what I need to know? I've always wanted to get more serious with my trading, but I usually just under-trade people or get myself scammed.
