Keep Getting Logged Out

This has been a problem for a number of months now, it started when I was last using Chrome. The beginning of this year I changed to OperaGX. After a while it stopped. But now I'm getting logged out like twice a day and yet I click the "stay logged in" option every time. It's also not happening with any of my other sites. Anyone know why this is happening?

Do you have cookies enabled? They're needed for the site to remember your login information.

I'd suggest trying out clearing your browser cache including your cookies. Just be aware that clearing the cookies will cause you to be logged out of everything you use on that browser (it does not clear the passwords saved in the browser, just logs you out of websites). The idea is to ensure all new login info is generated next time you log in since websites normally used saved info from the cache and sometimes the saved info can be old/bad and cause issues.

If you are still having trouble after doing that I'd suggest sending a help ticket. We have noticed a few other users also having login issues on Chrome but so far I don't think any specific cause has been identified yet. If you do send in a ticket I suggest including what kind of device you use, the browser & what version its on, and everything you've tried already to fix it (including the stuff mentioned here).
