Can I put a gif in my profile, and if so, where and how?

I'd like to put a gif of Screech from Roblox Doors in my profile, but i'm not sure if i'm allowed or if it's even possible. And that character might be a little too scary for some so is that allowed?

(If I can put a gif but that character is too scary or triggering I can do one of a Lego Ninjago character instead)
