Timers on oekakis don't show how long it was being actively worked on, just how long it was left open in the web browser, even if you are in another tab or have the browser minimized. I'm sure there are some that have times in the weeks, but it doesn't necessarily mean they took very long to draw. There are also people who will use a single oekaki to make a bunch of drawings but then only post one of them, so it'll have a very long timer but only part of it was spent on what you are actually seeing. All that to say, I don't think there would be much point in trying to find the oekaki with the longest timer since it can often be totally disconnected from the art itself.
