hi, is the artist sign-up still open? i have i friend whos interested in making dec18 pets, event pets and colouring in monthly pets but hes not sure if its still open. ty

We aren't currently accepting artist applications at this time. If more artists are needed they are typically approached directly by the admins or an announcement will be posted in the announcement board letting users know applications are open.
