What dog is this (from stamps)

So this dog is in the stamps dogs 2008-2012 and i just looked through every single dog but did not see them. i'm assuming i missed them but- i've found two that look similar but are not the dog. help?

it's actually from valentine's day 2014 so it being in the 2008-2012 section seems to be a mistake
