Bullet halp?

So, I used to be able to make bullets like these: •
By pressing: alt+7

Now, everytime I try to do that, it 'refreshes' my page, into an "aboutblank" Internet Explorer browser, losing all my progress. I don't know what I did to change it, but now I must copy and pase if I want bullets (like the one above)

SO, the point is, does anyone know how I can change it back? Has anyone ever had this problem before?
I don't think it's HTML per se, but I've tried Googling stuff, but I don't really know what to Google. If anyone could help, that would be just great

I don't know why alt+7 is causing you problems, but instead of doing that, there's a much easier way to do bullets on CS: using the list feature. Here's an example:

[list][*]A
[*]B
[*]C[/list]

Will show up like this:

• A
• B
• C

Yeah, it's pretty weird.

Although I've never noticed the list code before, and I'll probablly use it now and then, I usually put bullets in the titles of my topics, like •this• , you know? ...and other more odd things.

Thanks for that though, I'll probably use it sometimes here on CS a few times
